Mexican Tomato Salsa

Tomato salsa originated from Mexico

It's accompaniment of mexican foods. 

This sauce are very popular in india, mostly delhi.

So let's make tomato salsa;

1) Tomato puree  200 gm( must golden 

     crown  company)

2) Chop tomato 4 medium size(deseeded)

3) fine chop onion 2 medium 

4) fine chop cilantro 25 gm

5) fine chop green chillies 2 pcs.

6) fine chop garlic (totally optional)

7) lemon juice 1 

8 ) seosning agent (salt,white pepper)

Take a bowl and all above ingredients mix together.

Taste seosning and add accordingly.

You can serve with all mexican foods..
