Guacamole recipe with Chef Ravi

Today I am making a Mexican dip :       guacamole

This is a Mexican avacado base  dip, spread or salad  first developed in Mexico.

 In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine, it has become part of international and American cuisine as a dip, condiments and salad ingredient.


It is pronounced "Waka'Mole "in American English.


So,let's start the make guacamole:


Ingredients:

Avacado 1 piece pitted,Pilled and mashed

Lemon 1 piece juice

Onion 1 piece Chop

Tomato 1 piece Chop 

Green chili or Serrano peppers 2-3 fine chop

Cilantro  chop

Jalapino 1 chop

Salt to taste

Pinch of white or black pepper


Mix all ingredients in a bowl ... You like a more spicy. You can add more chili or peppers


Store a guacamole in fridge....and serve chilled or room temperature with Mexican bites ,snacks and or side dish(accompaniment)..


You can also serve with quesadilla, enchiladas, fajitas.😀
